| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (4) Unless the Authority otherwise orders, no public carrier shall put into effect any change in any existing rate or fare or any new rate or fare except after thirty (30) days notice to the Authority which notice shall plainly state the new rate or fare or the changes proposed to be made in the rates or fares then in force and the time when the new rate or fare or the changes will go into effect.
