| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If they do it like Plusnet (which I am guessing they may, same company and all that) then a VPN is not going to help you - even on their business service a VPN wasn't considered priority traffic - I got stuck with them for a year unfortunately and in the evening my VPN back to our offices and other facilities was unusable.
