| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of Section 14, the State Board may, by notification in the Official Gazette, and with the approval of the State Government, appoint such persons as it thinks fit and having the prescribed qualifications to be Board analysts for the purpose of analysis of samples of air or emission set for analysis to any laboratory established or recognised under Section 17.
