| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Near as I can tell, there is precedent in GS for creating custom awards that are troop or council specific (which is why the GS store sell blanks, yellow background for troop, green background for council ) and I hope that customization is an aspect that is not being discontinued.
