| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - but??? the taste other than the crust just wasnt that great. it smelled good. but it was reminiscent of the frozen dunkin donuts bagels i bake every morning. do you think that the flour has a lot to do with it? because it was (probably) bleached bread flour from probably close to 3 years ago or longer.
