| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would have thought you take the head off and put it over neck as it looks just like a larger scale minifig cape... but the head does not seem to come off (at least not easily) and I do not want to break it...The Head is a push on, you just have to pull a bit as there is an expanding ring on top of the neck to keep the head on.
