| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I went ahead and tried changing the 3 instances of 'fixed' in jquery.simplemodal.js to 'absolute', and this allows a user to scroll down to see the clipped content in Firefox, but not IE. Sounds like there is a function that simulates the 'fixed' behavior in IE?
