| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Except as otherwise provided in the Act, by law or expressly in this Agreement, no Individual Member shall have any fiduciary or other duty to another Individual Member with respect to the business and affairs of the Community, and no Individual Member shall be liable to the Community or any other Individual Member for acting in good faith reliance upon the provisions of this Agreement.
