| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - should not those be a right and placed first in line and not this internet thing that seems to just be a craze.I have a problem declaring positive rights at all, but if you are going to grant positive rights (these are not human rights, i.e. rights you should have simply by existing), then you should only grant positive rights to necessities.
