  • rondalescott4-Feb-03 8:51 MSVC++ is not going anywhere--there are still too many applications requiring raw power and performance, which managed languages running on the CLR do not provide (and do not pretend to provide.) Games, scientific/research apps, and other apps requiring high performance simply can not be developed in anything except C++.
