| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It just seems blindingly obvious that free software would give you a much lower TCO than something that comes with massive license fees, regardless of what other factors you work into the equation - - - and I have always suspected that those other factors are mostly just handwaving and smoke and mirrors.
