  • Now, armed with a copy of your child's diagnosis (if this is your first IEP) or a copy of their most recent progress report or report card and any other supporting documents, draft another letter (OK, here is a draft you can use... but if this is your first time requesting an IEP use this letter! ;) requesting an IEP meeting and enclose those documents that support your parent concerns.
