http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - For breakfast I have Irish steel cut oatmeal, about 3 hours after my shake, for lunch I have vegetables and beans or tofu or eggs (since you do not have to kill the animal to eat the eggs) and then when I get home from work, I have another shake, and then I have salad or veggies with beans or tofu, or sometimes I just have some sort of eggplant dish, or peanut butter and fruit or bread.
