  • For me the answer is: if a jurist has a clear ideological tendency that I disagree with on fundamental issues, such as choice and race, I would oppose that individual for Supreme Court Justice. (it is no coincidence that Justices Thomas, Scalia, Roberts and Alito vote the same 90% or more of the time - they are ideological conservatives.
