| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 26(3) Every temporary licensee shall validate or impress on every engineering or geoscientific estimate, specification, report, working drawing, plan and other document issued by the temporary licensee the seal issued to him or her by the association of which the temporary licensee is a member and comply with such other requirements as may be prescribed by the by-laws of the association.
