| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am sure that much more population dense areas (ie Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, etc.) probably have somewhat better experience than I had on AT&T, but I would never go back to them even if they could guarantee I would never have another dropped call/no coverage experience (other than if a storm or other disaster took out power or service) .
