| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The neck will get a tiny bit thinner but not enough to worry about and you certainly will not need to ream or turn unless you just want to outside neck turn them for better accuracy, which IMO is a waste of time on a hunting rifle and especially a short range lever action.
