| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - try this; on a cold start, have someone cycle the key on while you wrap your palm around the relay. see if you can feel it click. if you can, it is at least being commanded. if it is, try jumping the relay. you can use a screw driver to jump the 2 posts together. it should spark when jumped. if it doesn't, there is a problem with either the relay power supply, or the path to the glow plugs.
