| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Secondly, like I said these recent years are unique because the interest rates are so low AND home values in many areas have fallen. 10 years ago the same home would have been cost prohibitive due to higher home values and higher interest rates (thus renting would have certainly been a better option).
