| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I just cut them to size and pop them onto the page, using the different colors to designate different kinds of things (pink is personal, blue is for meetings, etc.) Because they are full adhesive, they do not fly out or get lost when I have my planner in my pocketbook.
