| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If we need to find alternate sources of power ??? and there is plenty of wind here ??? why should not they be built here?I generally support sustainable energy projects and believe that the CEQA process will ensure that issues such as views, wildlife, cultural sites, health impacts and property values will have to be dealt with in a rational manner.
