| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I know that the wins races are tight so the wins denom. is always very small but since wins are the luckiest of all the pitching statistics, should the numbers be ???tweaked??? to more heavily weight the statistics that are more in a starting pitcher???s control like SO, ERA and WHIP (I know they aren???t totally in his control but they are a better assessment of his talent).
