Bertil November 10, 2008 at 6:03 pm As pointed out, Middle East mostly exports to Europe; they also have much larger stocks, and can increase capacity more or less at will; in spite of the turmoil in Iraq, Saudi Arabia is far more stable then Eastern Africa countries, when ???protection??? is a tricky business ??? and Europe and China are having murkier stands.
