| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - library ebooksyes, libraries do pay more for books. something I am going to investigate at my own company is this: libraries used to buy mostly from publishers, but they are far more likely to buy from a wholesaler now. so why do they have to pay more and restrict their lending practices for ebooks?
