| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - HI ALL, need a little help. every time i go to start my car it wont start, i turn the key to position 2 and the needles on the dials fly all around the place. i go to start the carin position 3 and all i get from the engine is a ticking sound, for the last several mornings i hav had to bump start or use jump leads . is it my battery? my alternator? fuel pump ?
