| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have been injury free for a few years now, which seems to coincide with when I began consuming large amounts of kale and spinach. and I havent been doing any of the kale optimization stuff. just plain old raw curly kale, mixed with fruits and other veggies in shakes and salads. thats not to say that making the change would be better for me, but im just tired of hearing how when people are eating
