| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If the disclosure requirements did not apply (and at first glance it would appear they did not) then there???s just not much of a story here other than the executive branch not trusting Congresscritters as a group to not leak classified info ??? a rather justifiable distrust ??? and thus not disclosing things to Congress before they were legally required to do so.
