| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The communications excise tax levied pursuant to Section 3 of this act, including any penalties or interest attributable to the nonpayment of such tax or for noncompliance with Sections 1 through 8 of this act, shall be collected by the State Tax Commission and shall be accounted for separately from all other taxes.
