| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - There is still one day left ( tomorrow ) before the insureds carrier must legally answer whether or not they will accept the DPOA ( the statute states 4 days is a reasonable time and since this is the Attorney for the insureds carrier, certainly they are aware of the statutes of Florida in rejecting a DPOA, which would leave them further open to Attorney fee???s and costs should we need to enforce
