| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Now that I am retired and do not have to keep my mouth shut any longer due to rules and regulations requiring my silence I can say the men and women of the SPD are the finest group of officers there are who are unfortunately constrained from doing a proper job due to incompetent management both in the Chief's Office, City Hall and from so called social do-gooders.
