| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - thanks to the generous amounts ( too f???n much) a student can borrow from the government, tuitions have gotten way to high. reduce the amounts a student can borrow and watch tuitions fall. after all most of these schools are supposedly ???not for profit???.
