| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - They shall appoint a superintendent, matrons, teachers and such other persons as may, in their judgment, be necessary for the management of such schools and homes, and for instruction therein, and shall fix the salaries of such appointees, which salaries shall be paid monthly out of the funds derived from the tax levy provided for in this act.
