| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I have heard of (non-board certified aka regular) vets diagnosing cats with HCM, then when taken to the cardiologist they do not have HCM and vice versa) The board certified cardiologist go to school for an extra 3 years and there is a VERY good reason for this.
