http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I???ve found that several vegetables keep really well and stay fresh in the crisper for at least a week, including broccoli (I always buy crowns so I???m not paying for stalk), celery, carrots and onions and other root vegetables, the winter squashes, green beans (much helped by green bags), peppers, and zucchini if bought very fresh.
