| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Clearly technique is a factor but in order of preference I would rate Kalita Wave, Chemex/Melitta equal second and Hario V60 4thI like the Kalita Wave because it seems to me most like a fresh quality coffee that you would get from a Fetco or other commercial machine - well balanced subtle flavours.
