| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (9) If, on an application submitted to the 3[Authority], 4[it] is satisfied that special grounds exist warranting such exemption, 4[it] may, for such period, to such extent and in relation to such particular investments and subject to such conditions as may be specified by 5[it] in this behalf, exempt an insurer from all or any of the provisions of sub???sections (4), (5) and (8).
