| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I understand the Soviets (and current Russian Army) now actually have privates zero their rifles, but it used to be that you simply shot what the guy at the factory set it for, and sights were ONLY readjusted if the officer thought your gun was especially funky, or the sights had been replaced.
