| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do not call it exercise because I walk slow, so I can type, i stop for coffee, I stop for wash, and other things. also I am a runner ave 10 to 15 miles a week so a slow walk for me no not a cardio workout but it beats sitting so its good!!!
