| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I do pay taxes to the city by virtue of shopping and frequenting restaurants in the city, and while I believe purchasing property and constructing a YMCA facility is a far cry from the highest and best use of the citizens??? dollars and is as unwise as the Town Green, still I felt objection should come from residents of the city.
