| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If we realize any refund, credit or other reduction in otherwise required tax payments in any period (or portion thereof) beginning after the distribution as a result of an audit adjustment resulting in taxes for which Harvard Bioscience would otherwise be responsible, then, subject to certain exceptions, Harvard Bioscience will be entitled to such refund, credit or reduction.
