| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It???s still a bit confusing as to why this issue hasn???t been raised on the appellate cases over the D&X abortion ban, and why Congress hasn???t tried to act on things such as parental consent and waiting periods??? perhaps they think they have no authority over the latter two types of regulation, but apparently they do think they have authority over the former type of regulation.
