| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - This should have been done at previous upgrade but perhaps this step was not checked through properly.The upgrade script gives an error message perhaps because it has alreadybeen done. i am not sure.There is a previous post with a similar error but if they seemed to have a mystical knowledge of multiple postgres commands that need to be applied.
