| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - well I think your wrong, about a few things here. but mainly because his size weight and speed do give him a high ceiling maybe it could be higher but you have to admit a guy that is 5???10??? or a guy how is 6???8??? both the same speed you know which one has more potential which is another word for ceiling.
