| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would agree that a week of good health (between the END of an illness) and a vaccine is a must, but I do worry that a child could be coming down with a virus 2-3 days with no symptoms 1-3 days before a vaccine, and you would not know--which makes it something of a gamble no matter what.
