| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I would assume it is because the XTS occupies a mid lux segment and price point, therefore those extras were cut to make room for items they felt would make the car stand out such as CUE and the MUCH improved interior (seriously, you have to sit in this car to appreciate how much better the interior is than anything Cadillac offers) and still maintain competitive price.
