| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Just want to point out that this came up in one of the meetings and I believe the response was that the district by law cannot go for a referendum again then. (I can not recall if it was 2 years, 4 years, but there was a limitation.) I think it is admirable that the district did not wait until they were unable to meet payroll - especially given last year's situation where the state stopped paying us.
