  • t let it run through to get rid of the salts. Let the plants rest for a month or two before fertilizing again. Then use a gentler natural fertilizer like fish emulsion or sea kelp. You could even add a tablespoon of milk (yup the stuff you put in coffee) to your watering can. The milk contains calcium and other vitamins and minerals that help with blooming.
