| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - ???I think the logical stumble is that clouds, especially low clouds are far better at absorbing/blocking outgoing IR power than CO2, so additional CO2 between the surface and the clouds would matter little because the increased power would be absorbed by the clouds anyway???
