| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - It occurs to me that although I often correct people about Heisenberg Uncertainty in that its uncertainty is a matter or principle, not practice (i.e., the act of measurement changes what is being measured); it is revealing that most folks quail at that assertion and would clearly prefer to believe that it is a practical limitation, and not epistomological.
