| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Yea... if the feds can ignore the 2nd amendment, I have no qualms with states ignoring the 16th amendment. remember, a law is only a law if it is enforced. otherwise it is just text on a piece of paper. much like other things such as restraining orders.
